Good Neighbor Initiative
We believe we are called to love our neighbors. That’s why we created our Good Neighbor Initiative!
It’s so easy to participate, all you need to do is pick up a New Neighbor mug at the .info center after Sunday service and keep your eyes open for someone new in your neighborhood.
You don’t need the perfect words or a big plan. Just a willingness to show up, say hello, and offer a small act of kindness. You never know how God might use a simple moment to begin something meaningful.

Santiago del Estero, Argentina
Their Ministry Focus
Martin and Carolina serve through compassion ministry at The Rock Family Center. They bring hope and support to vulnerable children and families in one of the most impoverished regions of Argentina.
What Happens at The Rock Family Center
Between 60 and 100 children are invited to the center for a hot lunch Monday through Friday. While they are at the center, the children have time to get help with homework, learn scripture, study scripture, sing praise songs, and play games. They are shown the love of Jesus through the love of His followers. House church and discipleship relationships serve as the foundation for spiritual transformation.
Martin and Carolina have also developed a job skills training center to give women the opportunity to earn an income as beauticians. Additionally, they are currently working on developing a welding course for men.

Their Ministry Focus
The Roberts family is working to see a gospel movement developed in the least reached places of Uruguay. They focus their ministry efforts on developing transformational leaders to make disciples and reach people for Christ in the most secular part of Latin America. Dave and Beth work with national leaders and collaborate with other local ministries to pursue this goal.
How to Pray

Their Ministry Focus
Chris and Tina serve in the Amazon region of South America with Alteco (www.alteco.org) and the Three Waves Movement (www.movimientotresolas.com). This missional movement unites Western, Latin National, and Indigenous believers as they, together, aim to strengthen the Indigenous church of the Amazon. Chris and Tina strategically come alongside Indigenous ministry leaders who identify, evaluate, and guide within their own people groups. Their goal is to promote partnership and cooperation among local churches and NGOs, helping ministry move from doing *for* Indigenous people to doing *with* them. Chris and Tina serve as the Co-Executive Directors of Alteco and as members of the South American leadership team which guides ministry initiatives of the Three Waves Movement. Their ministry is cooperation-oriented, Indigenous-driven, and Great Commission-focused.
How to Pray

Pray for wisdom in their leadership roles.

Pray for favor and protection as they frequently travel around South America to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Latin National and Indigenous ministry leaders.

Pray for the 250 tribal groups in the Amazon that have yet to hear about Jesus.

Pray that the ministries within the Three Waves Movement would truly serve in partnership with the Indigenous church to fulfill the Great Commission in the Amazon and lowlands region of South America.

Pray for their daughters, Georgia and Reese, as they study, grow, and embrace young adulthood.

We’d love to help you take your first step. Interest meetings are often held before trips, and our missions team is always available to answer questions. Every missionary started somewhere, and we’ll walk with you.
Absolutely. We believe the mission of God is for every generation. When kids see their parents showing up to love and serve others, it shapes their understanding of faith in powerful ways. From assembling care packages to joining specific local projects, every act of service becomes a building block for lifelong compassion. Please note that there may occasionally be mission trips or serving roles where children are not able to participate due to safety reasons or the specific nature of the work.
Membership isn’t required, but we do ask that you’re committed to Mosaic’s mission and willing to walk with us in partnership.
