Serve at Mosaic
You Were Created to Make the World More Beautiful
You Were Created for This

At Mosaic, we believe following Jesus is a journey with four transformative steps: Know Jesus. Experience Freedom. Find Meaning. Make the World Beautiful. Serving is where you find meaning and live out your faith in action.
When you serve at Mosaic, you step into the fullness of who God made you to be. Our serve teams create environments where lives are changed, hope is restored, and people discover Jesus. Lead a group, hold a door, teach a child, or run tech in the behind the scenes, your time and gifts matter. Together, we get to build something that lasts.

Community & Connection
Broken Pieces Café
Help Us Make Space for What Matters
Broken Pieces Café is a non-profit coffee house located inside Mosaic, created in partnership with Doulos Coffee. More than just great drinks, we’re cultivating a space where creativity, connection, and community thrive—and you can be a part of it.
We’re looking for friendly faces to join our volunteer team. Brewing coffee, running the register, or simply offering a warm welcome, your presence helps create an environment where people feel seen, inspired, and at home. No experience needed.
Serving Opportunities:
- Sunday mornings: 9:00–10:30 AM
- Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): 7:30 AM–1:00 PM

Life Group Leader
Great groups start with people who are willing to create space for others.
If you have a heart for building community, we’d love to help you start and lead a group. You don’t need to be a Bible expert—just someone who wants to invite others in, facilitate conversation, and create a welcoming environment. Interested in starting a group?

Local Outreach
Join God in the work of making the world more beautiful right here in Littleton, CO.
Serve with our local partners including Denver Rescue Mission, Community Ministry, Open Door Ministries, Kendallvue Elementary, Mosaic Food Bank, and Save Our Youth. Every act of service reflects the heart of Jesus and helps bring hope where it’s needed most.

Kids & Students
KidMo
Help Make Sundays the Highlight of a Kid's Week
Join the KidMo team and be part of helping kids discover who Jesus is and why following Him matters.
Leading a small group or welcoming families at check-in, you’ll help create a space where faith is fun, friendships grow, and the next generation takes their first steps in a Jesus centered life.

Mosaic YTH
Create meaningful spaces for students.
Adult leaders serve as small group leaders or volunteer leaders, helping create meaningful spaces for students to connect, grow, and take next steps in their faith. If you love working with students and want to make a difference, we’d love to talk with you.
High school students have the opportunity to step up and lead. Student Leaders help create a welcoming and fun environment, serve during YTH nights and events, and shape the culture of Mosaic YTH. Students interested can apply and will be equipped and mentored to make a real impact.

Sunday Experience Teams
Connections Team
Be the Reason Someone Feels at Home at Mosaic
The Connections Team is all about radical hospitality. From the parking lot to the auditorium, we help people feel seen, known, and invited into a Jesus centered life.
Greeting, ushering, serving communion, helping with parking—every smile and every welcome is part of someone’s journey toward Jesus. If you love making people feel valued, remembered, and included, this is your team.

Tech Team
Help create a meaningful Sunday experience.
Our Tech Team makes it possible for people to worship, hear the message, and encounter Jesus—whether they’re in the room or watching online. From running slides to mixing sound or operating cameras, every role helps someone take a step closer to a Jesus centered life. No experience needed—just a willingness to learn. We’ll show you how.

Worship Team
Worship transforms us.
When we recognize who God is and what He’s done, our natural response is to give Him our whole selves. Mosaic Worship exists to help people encounter God through music and the arts—both on Sundays and in everyday life.
Mosaic Worship is a team of vocalists, musicians, and creatives who lead our church in worship with passion and purpose. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, we’re raising up worshipers who live lives of devotion—not just during a song, but in every moment.

Online Host
Help make church feel personal.
Online Hosts create welcoming spaces for people to worship, connect, and engage—no matter where they’re watching from. Whether someone is tuning in for the first time or watching from across the country, your presence helps them feel seen and invited into a Jesus centered life. No experience needed—we’ll give you everything you need to get started!

Safety & Security
Ensure a safe experience for all.
Our safety and security team are there to ensure a safe experience for all who attend Mosaic. We have a great team that includes security and medical assistance. They are a vital part of our community that often work behind the scenes to keep our church safe.
