Serve at Mosaic

You Were Created to Make the World More Beautiful

You Were Created for This

At Mosaic, we believe following Jesus is a journey with four transformative steps: Know Jesus. Experience Freedom. Find Meaning. Make the World Beautiful. Serving is where you find meaning and live out your faith in action.

When you serve at Mosaic, you step into the fullness of who God made you to be. Our serve teams create environments where lives are changed, hope is restored, and people discover Jesus. Lead a group, hold a door, teach a child, or run tech in the behind the scenes, your time and gifts matter. Together, we get to build something that lasts.

Mosaic YTH

Adult leaders serve as small group leaders or volunteer leaders, helping create meaningful spaces for students to connect, grow, and take next steps in their faith. If you love working with students and want to make a difference, we’d love to talk with you.

High school students have the opportunity to step up and lead. Student Leaders help create a welcoming and fun environment, serve during YTH nights and events, and shape the culture of Mosaic YTH. Students interested can apply and will be equipped and mentored to make a real impact.

Worship Team

When we recognize who God is and what He’s done, our natural response is to give Him our whole selves. Mosaic Worship exists to help people encounter God through music and the arts—both on Sundays and in everyday life.

Mosaic Worship is a team of vocalists, musicians, and creatives who lead our church in worship with passion and purpose. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, we’re raising up worshipers who live lives of devotion—not just during a song, but in every moment.
