What first brought you to Mosaic and how long have you been here?
A close friend of mine interned at the church and spoke so highly of the staff and the community, which made me excited about the opportunity to join the team alongside David and Zak. Later, I was invited to attend a youth retreat as a volunteer, where I was captivated by the passion and enthusiasm of the next generation, as well as the heart of the congregation. From that point on, I knew this was a community I wanted to be a part of.
When you think about the future of Mosaic, what excites you and your family?
I’m excited to be part of what God is doing at Mosaic. What excites me most is seeing people from all walks of life walk through our doors and encounter the hope and transformation that only Jesus can bring. You never know who’s going to walk in, but you can be confident they’ll be genuinely loved, intentionally discipled, and pointed toward Christ. I believe real life change happens when people encounter Jesus, and I’m passionate about helping people take their next step with Him through authentic community and serving. It’s been encouraging to be part of a church with a clear vision that invests in developing leaders and reaching people. I’m grateful to keep serving alongside the next generation and excited to see how God continues to use Mosaic to transform lives.
If you had a half-day to spend doing anything you wanted, how would you spend it?
I’d spend the day off-roading through the mountains of Colorado, probably getting a little lost while taking in the views. I’d find a campsite, set up a hammock, and spend some time reading my favorite book and journaling. As the day winds down, I’d cook a homemade meal over the fire and enjoy the adventure with a few close friends.
