Let’s be real: Life can be overwhelming, confusing, and messy. Between school, relationships, and social media, it’s hard to know who you really are or what actually matters.

At Mosaic YTH, you don’t have to pretend. Here, you can:

  • Be fully yourself
  • Find people who actually care
  • Explore what it means to follow Jesus without judgment

Our leaders get it. They’re trained, background-checked, and genuinely invested in helping you navigate real life with real faith.

What Happens on Tuesday Nights?

Every Tuesday from 7:00–9:00 PM

A typical Mosaic YTH night includes:

  • Hangout time with games and grub (free snacks and drinks)
  • Worship where we sing together and encounter God
  • A message from the Bible that’s real, relevant, and connects to your life
  • Small groups by grade where you can talk honestly, ask questions, and build real friendships
  • More time to hang out and connect

Small Groups That Get It

At Mosaic YTH, we break into small groups by grade. These groups create space to:

  • Talk about what you heard in that night’s message and what it means for your life
  • Ask honest questions without judgment
  • Explore how faith applies to real life
  • Build friendships with people walking through similar seasons as you

This isn’t your average Bible study. It’s a space where young men can ask honest questions, grow in their faith, and build the kind of friendships that actually matter. Led by some great adult leaders who are invested in you, this group meets every other Sunday at Mosaic from 6–8 PM.

Step Up & Lead

Adult Leaders

Adult leaders serve as small group leaders or volunteer leaders, helping create meaningful spaces for students to connect, grow, and take next steps in their faith. If you love working with students and want to make a difference, we’d love to talk with you.

We’re looking for adult leaders who are willing to walk alongside students, not as perfect examples, but as present, faithful mentors.

Your student is in good hands.

Parents: We're Here for You Too

We know you want your student to be part of a community that’s safe, welcoming, and helping them grow. We do too! That’s why we go the extra mile to create a safe, secure, and judgement free environment where every student can know Jesus, experience freedom, find meaning, and make the world beautiful.

Zak Winnick

Meet Your YTH Pastor

Zak and his wife came to mosaic September of 2025. They were so excited to come on staff with David and were struck by the passion and pursuit of Jesus that both the staff and congregation has.

“It’s so encouraging to see a strong vision and intentional leadership moving us forward, and we’re grateful to be part of that. Our family feels a lot of excitement about where Mosaic is headed, and we’re eager to keep investing, serving, and growing alongside the church as God continues to work through this community.”
